You can find us at Shop No 3 in Rajashree Villa. We are located right on LBS Marg in Bhandup West, and the Nes School is just a short walk away from our front door. Being so close to the school makes it quite easy for parents to stop by while they are out running errands. We handle quite a bit of property work between the Bhandup and Ghatkopar areas. It is a fast-paced part of town with new buildings going up all the time. We try our best to keep track of what is available for rent or for sale each week. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and long lists of names, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, checking in with various landlords and seeing if any prices have changed. Sometimes a deal falls through at the very last minute, and we just have to start the whole search over again. That is just the way this kind of business works sometimes. We do not put on any big acts; we just tell you what we know about the current market. If we think a place is overpriced, we will definitely mention it to you.
