Sharma Real Estate Consultancy is over in Bhandup West. Our office is 4B/1405 in the Dreams complex. If you are coming from the station, it is a bit of a walk down Station Road. We are tucked away behind Dream Mall, so it is actually a bit quieter than you would expect for this part of town. The building is big and sometimes the elevator takes a minute, but once you get to 1405, it is a decent place to sit and talk. We do a lot of our work right here at these desks. Bhandup West has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, and we see it happening from our windows. Being behind the mall means we usually go there for lunch or to grab something quick. The consultancy side of things means we are always looking at floor plans or talking to people about their budgets. It is mostly just paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We have a few chairs for visitors, and we usually have the fan going because it gets warm in the afternoon. The Station Road area is always crowded, so once we get behind the mall, it feels like a different world. We are just regular people working in the real estate sector. No big corporate vibes here, just our small team in the Dreams building trying to stay organized with all the listings.
