Raymond Estate Agent is located on the 14th floor of the Dreams Building on LBS Marg in Bhandup West. Being up in unit 2/B-1407 gives us a pretty good view of how much Bhandup is changing every day. You can see the heavy traffic moving along LBS Marg from our windows. While the building is a modern one, our office is kept very basic. We focus on the various residential towers and commercial spaces that are popping up in this part of Mumbai. Having an office in the Dreams Building makes it fairly easy for people to locate us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with building security for viewings. The elevators are usually quite busy, so we have to plan our trips down to the street level carefully. We handle a lot of the rentals and sales for the newer complexes around here. It is a fast-paced area where everyone seems to be in a hurry. We try to keep track of the prices and what is currently vacant. It is just a small team of us working here with our desks and a lot of paper files. Sometimes if the office feels a bit cramped, we meet people at the small cafes downstairs. We know the LBS stretch very well, including all the traffic shortcuts. It is a practical job and we just try to find the right fit for people.
