Our office is over in Bhandup West, specifically at J-1 S-Block on Tata Motor Road in the MIDC area. It is a busy part of town with a lot of industrial activity going on all the time. The building is the Karmaveer Ratansinh Raisinh Ka, which is a bit of a mouthful if you are trying to give directions over the phone. We usually just tell people to look for the Tata Motor Road and they eventually find us. It is not a quiet place because of all the trucks and work happening in MIDC, but we like the energy of it. Inside the office, it is mostly just files and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking over local listings. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. People come in mostly from the local neighborhood or workers from the nearby industrial units. We handle things as they come. There is no big marketing team here, just us making sure we know which plot is available or which shop is for rent. We have been in this spot for some time now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It is a practical way to work, right in the middle of where things are actually being built and moved. It feels right being part of the daily hustle and bustle of the Bhandup area.
