Our shop is at 8/A in Bhagtani Enclave. If you know where the Asian Paints building is in Bhandup West, we are located right behind that. Mayuresh Estate Agency has been here for a good bit now. It is a small shop but it gets the job done for us. Being tucked behind Asian Paints makes it much easier to tell people where we are located when they call. We mostly deal with flats and rentals around the Bhandup area. The phone rings a lot, especially in the late afternoons. It is just a few of us working here. We keep a lot of keys and folders scattered around. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when too many people come in at the same time. Bhandup West is a busy place so there is always something happening right outside our door. We spend most of our time checking out different properties or talking to landlords about their units. It is not a fancy corporate setup at all. We just have a couple of desks and some old maps pinned on the wall. People usually just drop in when they see the sign outside. We try to keep track of all the different listings but it is quite a lot of work sometimes. It is just a local estate agency doing what we can for the people around here. If you are in the neighborhood near Bhagtani Enclave, you will probably see us. It is a simple life running a shop like this, but we like the area.
