Kushal Estate Agency

We've been running Kushal Estate Agency for quite a while now. Our office is located up on the first floor at Gala No 166. It's right there in Bhandup West, basically opposite the Dream Mall. If you know the station area, you've probably seen our sign around. The Katargam spot and Bhandup West area keep us busy most days. We mostly just deal with the local properties in this specific neighborhood. It gets a bit noisy being so close to the station, but it makes it easy for people to find us when they are walking by after work. We have a small desk setup and some mismatched chairs for people to sit. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying things, but it’s just one flight up to the gala. We spend a lot of time looking at paperwork and talking to neighbors. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby buildings. We know the area pretty well because we spend all day here. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we keep our files. Sometimes we walk over to the mall for a quick break or to grab some lunch when things are quiet. Working in Bhandup West keeps us on our feet. We don't really do much advertising, just have the name on the door and wait for people to drop in. It’s been this way for a bit. We just handle whatever comes through the door and try to keep things moving.
