Kailash Properties

Kailash Properties is located at Shop No 9 in the Badwaik building. You can find us on L B S Road in Bhandup West. We are situated right opposite the Jain Mandir, which is a very easy landmark to spot. Our shop is a small, local place where we handle property matters for the neighborhood. Being on L B S Road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. We’ve been in Bhandup West for quite a while and know the streets around here. The Jain Mandir across the road helps everyone find us without any trouble. Inside Shop No 9, it’s just a regular office with some chairs and files. We don't go in for anything fancy. We are just local people working in the property market. Most of our work is done right here at the desk or by stepping out to show a place nearby. The traffic on L B S Road can be loud, but it’s what we are used to. We like being part of the local community here. We aren't a big chain, just a small shop trying to get things done. We talk to our neighbors and help out where we can with property questions. If you are walking down L B S Road near the temple, you’ll see our shop. It’s a simple place but it’s ours. That’s about all there is to it. We keep our doors open and just wait for the next neighbor to stop by. It stays pretty busy.
