We are located at unit 108 in the Ashok Industrial Estate in Bhandup West. One of the best things about being here is that we are right next to the Shangrila Biscuit Company. Some days, the whole area smells like baking biscuits, which is much better than the usual industrial smells. Home Hunteis Realty Pvt Ltd has been operating from this estate for several years. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the nearby workshops. Our office is a simple rectangular room with high ceilings and some sturdy metal cabinets. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a small area where we can sit and talk. The floor is concrete and can be a bit cold in the winter. We spend our days tracking down property leads and managing various real estate tasks. It’s hard work, and the environment isn't very fancy, but it suits us just fine. We usually get our lunch from a small dabba service or the local canteen. The people in the other units are mostly mechanics or small manufacturers, so it’s a very hardworking atmosphere. We don't use any complicated jargon or big promises. We just handle the property stuff as it comes and try to be useful to the people who seek us out. Being in Bhandup West keeps us connected to the heart of the city’s commerce, and we like that.
