Gangar Estate Agency

We’ve been running Gangar Estate Agency out of our little spot in Ishwar Nagar for a good while now. Most folks know us because we’re right across from the Maharashtra State Electricity Board in Bhandup West. It’s Shop No A 9. It’s not a big fancy office, just a place where we sit and talk about flats or shops people want to buy or rent around here. My father started helping people with paperwork and finding rooms, and we just kept it going. Bhandup has changed a lot, houses going up everywhere, but we stay in the same place. If you're walking past the MSEB building, you'll see our sign. We handle mostly local stuff, nothing too complicated. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other times it’s quiet and we just drink tea and wait for someone to drop by. We know the lanes here pretty well. Finding a decent place to live shouldn't be a headache, so we try to keep things straightforward. No big promises or flashy brochures here. Just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. We deal with the usual stuff, rentals and sales, mostly in this part of town. It’s a busy area, especially with the traffic on L B Road, but we’re used to it. Come in if you’re looking for something. We’re usually around during the day, unless we’re out showing a property to someone.
