Our agency is right in the Sai Darshan Building, which is in the Village R area of Bhandup West. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Bharat Cooperative Bank. It is a handy landmark because the traffic can get a bit confusing around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good number of years. It’s not a polished corporate setup with glass partitions. Instead, we have a few desks, some old files, and a couple of chairs for whoever drops in. Most of our day is spent talking to landlords or taking people to see flats in the nearby buildings. Bhandup West is a crowded place, and finding the right spot takes some local knowledge. We grew up around these streets, so we know which lanes are quiet and which ones get flooded when it rains. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We just help folks with their rental agreements and try to find them a place that fits their pocket. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but that’s just life in this part of town. If you need to know about property rates in the village area, we usually have a good idea of what’s going on.
