Bhalwankar Associates is located at 101 in Bandra West. Bandra is a busy part of town, always something happening outside the windows. Our office is a modest space where we gather to handle our daily tasks. It’s not one of those high-rise offices you see in movies. It’s just a practical room with the basic stuff we need to work. We spend our days going through emails and making calls. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows tight. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us working together. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. People walk in with questions, and we try our best to give them a straight answer. There’s no complicated hierarchy here. We just get to work when we arrive in the morning. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls nearby and eat while we talk about the current files. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If you need us, you just come to the office in Bandra. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the routine suits us just fine. It’s just a place where work happens every day without much fuss. We like being part of the local scene here in this corner of the city, and the neighbors are generally friendly enough when we run into them.
