Bhakti Estate Agency is located in the Thakur Complex area. Our office is specifically at Gokul Regency in Kandivali East. You can find us on Tilak Nagar, Road No 3, which is right opposite the Barkha Bahar Building. It is a well-known spot in this part of town. We have been working out of this office for a long time. It is not a big, polished corporate space. It is just a local office where we do our daily work. We handle a lot of property listings for the Kandivali East area. Most of our time is spent answering the phone or taking people to see flats. We know the buildings around Road No 3 very well because we are there every day. Being opposite Barkha Bahar Building makes it simple for clients to find us. We do not use any fancy sales talk. We just show the properties and talk about the details. It can get a bit hectic with all the keys and appointments, but we manage. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours at a time. If the lights are on, someone is usually there to help. We like being part of the Thakur Complex community. It is a busy place with a lot of families. We just keep doing our thing, helping people find homes and keeping our records up to date. It is a lot of legwork but it is worth it.
