Bhaidani Real Estate Services is my small agency located in Dahisar East. You can find us at Hyland Park on S V Road, in Building No 1, C Wing. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know most of the buildings and the people around here. My work involves helping people find flats to rent or buy in this part of the city. It’s not a big corporate firm; it’s mostly just me and a couple of associates. We spend a lot of time walking around and showing apartments to families. The phone rings at all hours with people asking about prices and locations. Dealing with property can be stressful, but I try to keep things as simple as possible for my clients. We don't use any fancy brochures or high-end marketing. I just tell people the truth about the place and let them decide. The office is small and usually filled with files and maps of the local area. Being right on S V Road makes us easy to visit. Most of our clients are local folks who are moving within the neighborhood. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones are a bit noisy. It’s a lot of running around, but I like meeting new people every day and helping them find a decent home to stay in.
