You can find Bhagyashree Real Estate at Office No 55, in the Krishna Vasant S building. We are right in Kandivali East, pretty close to Thakur Cinema. It is a handy spot because everyone knows where the cinema is. Our office is small but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time out and about anyway. Real estate is not really a desk job for us. We are always heading over to see a property or meeting someone for a viewing. Being near Thakur Cinema means there is always something going on around here. We have been working out of this office for a while. It is just a normal workplace with a couple of chairs and a phone that rings more than it should. We do not have any big corporate backing. It is just us. We handle the local listings and try to keep things moving. Some days we are just filing papers and other days we are running across town. It is a bit of a mix. We know the streets around Krishna Vasant S really well. If someone asks about a building nearby, we usually have an idea of what is going on there. We just keep it simple and focus on the work right in front of us. That is the way we have always done things here. We just try to get the job done and help folks find their next home.
