Our office, Bhagwati Estate Agency, is located at 8/A/4 on Premchand Nagar Road. We are in Andheri East, right near Poonam Nagar, so it’s a pretty easy area to find if you know this part of Mumbai. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s a local agency, nothing too big or complicated. We mostly focus on the flats and commercial spaces right around here. Premchand Nagar Road can get a bit noisy during the day, but we like being where the action is. Most of our clients are people who already live nearby or have friends in the area. We spend a lot of time walking around showing properties or sitting in the office going through documents. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of local info. If you need to know about a specific building near Poonam Nagar, we’ve probably been inside it at some point. We try to give people the real story on a place, like how the water pressure is or what the neighbors are like. It’s just honest, everyday work for us. We aren't out to change the world, just to help people find a decent place to stay in Andheri. We keep our files organized on the shelves and we're usually around if you want to drop by and talk about your options.
