Bhadani Real Estate Service

We are based in Dahisar at Shop No 2, which is in Building No C 1 in the Hy Dahisar area. It is a pretty easy place to find because we are right near the Samelan Hotel. Bhadani Real Estate Service is just a small local setup where we spend our days talking to people and looking at property papers. The building is one of those typical ones you see around here. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Dahisar is a busy neighborhood, and there is always someone coming in to ask about a flat or a shop nearby. We keep things pretty simple in the office. There are just some desks and chairs and files everywhere. We don’t go for anything too stylish. Most of the time, we are either on the phone or out showing someone a place. It’s a lot of walking around the local area. Being near the hotel helps because people use it as a landmark. We like being on the ground floor because we can see what is happening on the street. It feels like we are part of the community here. Every morning we open the shutters and get started. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Building C 1. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the local streets well. It is a straightforward business and we just take things one day at a time. The office is our main base for everything we do.
