We’ve been running Better Homes Real Estates Services Pvt Ltd for a while now. Our office is tucked away on the second floor of the Saffron Building in Ravindra Colony, right across from Khatwari Darbar. If you know Khar West, specifically Street Number 3, you probably know the area. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We spend our days dealing with various property matters. Some days are slow, others are a bit of a mess with paperwork and phone calls, but that's just how the business goes. We aren't a massive chain or anything, just a group of people working out of this space in Mumbai. Dealing with real estate in this part of town means seeing a lot of different people and old buildings. We try to keep things straightforward when someone walks in asking about a flat or a shop. It isn't always easy to find what people want, but we look through what we have. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks or heading out to show a place nearby. The Saffron Building is pretty easy to find once you get to the right street. We don’t have any fancy speeches to give. We just handle the local property stuff as it comes. It's mostly about knowing the streets around Khar and making sure the documents are in order. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from our window. That's pretty much who we are and where we work.
