You can find us at Gulmohar Garden on Yari Road in Andheri West. We are in Building 4, Flat 6, right on the ground floor. It’s actually quite nice being on the ground floor because we don’t have to wait for the elevator. People can just walk right up to our door. Despite the name, we are pretty normal people doing regular real estate work. We mostly deal with homes around the Andheri area. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on outside. Inside the office, it’s usually just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We have a lot of folders and maps of the area pinned up. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to people looking for a place to live. It can be stressful for them, so we just try to keep things calm and explain the process. We don't have any big slogans or shiny posters on the walls. It’s just a place of work. We know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch. Working in real estate means you meet all kinds of people. We just take them as they come and try to find what they need without any extra drama. It’s a living and we like being part of the community here.
