Basera Estate Agency is located at Roop Apartment in Jogeshwari West. We are in unit number 5, right in the Beant Pura area near Ruby Hospital. Being near the hospital makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows where that is. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood looking at flats and talking to owners. Real estate in this part of town is always changing. One day a place is available and the next day it’s gone. We try to keep up with who is moving where. It’s a small office, nothing special to look at, but it’s where we do all our meetings and paperwork. We know the streets around Jogeshwari West pretty well by now. We’ve seen families grow and move into bigger places. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much with all the rules, but we just take it one step at a time. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, we just show them what is available for their budget. It’s a lot of phone calls and standing on street corners waiting for people to show up for viewings. We’ve been at Roop Apartment for a while now and the neighbors are good people. It’s a busy life but it keeps us on our toes.
