You can find us at Shop No. 5 in the Sankalp Building, right on 65 Turner Road in Bandra West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been in this shop for quite some time now. It’s a small space, like most shops in this area, but we use every inch of it for our export business. We handle a lot of different items, mostly textiles and things like that. The shop is often cluttered with samples and shipping documents. We don't have a fancy showroom vibe because we are mostly focused on the logistics of moving goods. Sometimes customers drop in, but we usually spend our time on the phone or computer dealing with orders. Bandra is a good place to be, even if the rent is high and the traffic is a nightmare. We like being close to the center of things. Our team is small, just a couple of people managing the day-to-day. We don't use any marketing tricks or big slogans. We just tell people what we have and when it can be sent. It's a very straightforward way of doing business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. It’s a real working office in a very active part of town. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to get everything out on time.
