Balaji Switch Gears Pvt. Ltd. is based at 2006, Katra Lachhu Singh, right in the middle of Bhagirath Palace. If you have ever been here, you know how crowded it gets with all the electrical shops. Our place is not very big, and it is usually filled with boxes of switchgear and other components waiting to be sent out. It gets pretty loud and hectic during the day. We spend most of our time answering the phone and dealing with walk-in customers who need parts for their panels. It is a lot of manual work, checking stock and making sure the numbers match up. We do not have a fancy showroom with lights and decorations. It is just a practical shop where we get things done. Some of us have been working here for years, so we know where everything is kept, even if the shelves look a bit disorganized to a stranger. The traffic outside makes deliveries a bit of a headache sometimes, but that is just part of being in this market. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and a few helpers making sure orders are filled. We know the regular contractors by their first names. It is a simple business, really. We just show up, handle the electrical gear, and go home. That is how we have always done things.
