Balaji Refreshment

We are located over in the Hnr Industrial Area 59 at Bandra Reclamation. It's an area with a lot of movement, so Balaji Refreshment stays pretty busy with the morning and afternoon crowds. We set up this place to give people working in the nearby units a spot to get something to eat without having to go too far. It’s mostly benches and a lot of quick service because nobody has much time for a long lunch around here. The kitchen is always going, and there's usually a bit of steam and the smell of whatever is cooking in the air. We keep the prices where they are so the regulars can come back every day. It’s not a place for a fancy dinner party, just a solid spot for refreshment. We handle a lot of tea orders, especially around four in the afternoon when everyone takes a break. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy to get to it. We know most of the workers by their first names or at least what they usually order. It’s a noisy, dusty part of Bandra, but we like the energy. We’ve been at this for a few years now, just keeping the stove hot and the water boiling. It’s a simple operation, really, and we just focus on getting the food out on time without much delay.
