Balaji Property Consultant is basically just our small office located at F 5 Powai, specifically on 60th Cross in the 5th Block. We are right inside the Nahar Amrit Shakti Complex, which is a pretty big place once you get inside. Dealing with property can be a real headache, and we’ve seen that happen plenty of times. We decided to set up here to help people navigate the rentals and sales in this part of town without all the extra stress. Our desks are usually piled with papers and maps of the local blocks. It gets busy during the afternoons when people have time off work to come look at listings. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just know this specific area of Powai really well because we spend all our time here. If you come by the complex, you might have to ask someone for directions to F 5, but we’re usually around. The coffee isn't great, but the advice on which flats have the best sunlight is usually pretty solid. We’ve helped neighbors move in and out of the 5th Block for a good bit now. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and walking around the different buildings. We don't use fancy apps or anything, just our notebooks and what we know about the market right here in Nahar Amrit Shakti Complex.
