Balaji Fast Food

We are located on Judges Bunglow Road 88 in Vikhroli West. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic can be a nightmare during the evening rush hour. I started this fast food place because I wanted to do something for myself. It’s mostly just me and a couple of guys in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time prep-working, like chopping cabbage and peeling sacks of potatoes before we even open the shutters. The stove gets incredibly hot, and the smell of frying oil sticks to your clothes by the end of the shift. We have a few plastic tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk. They aren’t the fanciest, but they do the job. People seem to like stopping here because the food is hot and it comes out fast. We get a lot of families from the nearby apartments on the weekends. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the day is busier than we expected, and I have to run to the market down the street. The floor gets a bit greasy, so we are always scrubbing it down at night. It’s hard work, and my back usually hurts by the time I lock up, but seeing people eat and leave happy makes it feel okay. We don't do anything special, just basic fast food that fills the stomach without costing too much. Most of our regulars are college students who live nearby.
