We’ve been running Bajaj Real Estate from the Amar Apartment here in Andheri East for a while now. Most people around Nibm know where we are located. It’s a busy area, but we like it that way. We just deal with houses and offices nearby. Usually, someone drops by the office and we talk about what’s available on the market. It’s not a big fancy operation. We have a few files, a couple of desks, and we know the streets pretty well. If you’re looking for something in this part of Mumbai, you probably walked past our door already. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to look at properties. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Sometimes things move fast, other times we’re just waiting for paperwork to clear. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes a complicated process when they’re trying to move. We know the landlords and the people selling around here. It’s just how we do things every day. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done. If you need to find us, just look for the sign at Amar Apartment. We're usually around during the day, unless we're out showing a flat to someone. That’s pretty much us. We handle the paperwork and the keys. It’s a lot of work but someone has to do it.
