Our office is located in Bandra West, specifically at unit 404. If you know where the Mini Punjab Hotel is, we are very close to that spot. It’s a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. Bajaj Real Estate Consultant is a small operation, mostly just a few of us who know the local area really well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different properties around Bandra. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on files or wait for clients to drop by. The space isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of maps and notes pinned to the walls. Bandra is always changing, so we have to keep track of everything manually. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We don't use a lot of fancy software, just our notebooks and local knowledge. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when the phone doesn't stop ringing. But we like the pace of things here. It’s a very local business, and we’ve lived in this part of the city for years. We know the streets and the buildings inside out. That’s just how we work, simple and direct. You can usually find one of us here until early evening most days of the week.
