Bajaj Industrial Agency has its home at 138/140 Masjid Bunder, which is a very busy part of the city. We are situated quite close to the Kalbadevi Post Office, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and carts moving past our entrance. If you’ve ever been to Masjid Bunder, you know how packed it can get, and our shop is no different. We deal with all sorts of industrial supplies and have boxes stacked up to the ceiling most of the time. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where every item is kept. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit, but the hustle and bustle stays the same. The noise from the street is constant, with people shouting and horns honking all day long. We don't have a quiet office to sit in; we’re usually right out there in the middle of it, talking to customers and checking inventory. It’s a very old-school way of doing business, but it works for us. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper. It’s a gritty, hard-working environment, and we wouldn't have it any other way. People know they can find us here six days a week, just trying to keep the industrial side of things moving.
