You can find us in Flat No 402, T Wing of the Sunshine building in Andheri West. We are part of the Om Vinayak Society, which is directly opposite Shastri Nagar. It is a busy part of Andheri, and there is always something going on in the streets below. Our office is inside a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have a few desks set up where we go through property listings and talk to people who are looking for a place to live or work in this area. Being in T Wing means we have a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings and the trees in the society. We spend a lot of time coordinating with owners and tenants, making sure all the details are right. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, but that is just the nature of real estate consulting. We don't have a big staff, so if you call, you usually end up talking to one of us directly. The Om Vinayak Society is a nice place to be based, and we know most of the security guards and neighbors by name. Sometimes we meet clients in the small park nearby if the weather is good. We just focus on the local listings in Andheri West and try to stay on top of what is happening with the rentals and sales in the neighborhood.
