Baba Fresh Cafe

Baba Fresh Cafe is located in Borivali West, right at J P Nagar 8th Phase B K Circle, unit A-001. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you find the circle, we’re right there on the corner. The cafe isn’t very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space and where we put the extra chairs. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we do everything, though mostly it’s just a lot of steam and the sound of spoons clinking against glasses. We keep the fridge stocked with stuff every morning because we don’t like things sitting around for too long. The neighborhood around B K Circle is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice for us. We get a lot of people stopping by after their morning walks or on their way to the park. The paint on the front door is starting to peel a little at the edges, and we’ve been meaning to fix it for months, but there’s always something else to do. Sometimes the toaster acts up and we have to wiggle the plug to get it working again. It’s those little things that make the place feel like ours. We don’t go in for big advertisements; word of mouth has always been enough for us in Borivali. We just focus on making sure the tea is hot and the snacks are ready.
