B Kandhari Properties

B Kandhari Properties is located over on Turner Road in Bandra West. You can find us in Makhija Chambers, specifically at 204/196. We are right across from the petrol pump, which makes us pretty easy to find if you're driving around the area. Bandra is a fast-paced place, and Turner Road is always busy with people and cars. We spend our days dealing with various properties, looking at papers, and talking to folks about where they want to live or work. Our office is a normal workspace where we keep track of all the listings and files. It’s not a flashy place, just somewhere we can sit down and get the work done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops and buildings going up all the time. Most of our work involves a lot of phone calls and meeting people at different locations. Sometimes we are in the office all day, and other times we are out showing spaces. It can be a bit hectic during the peak times, but that’s just the nature of property work in Mumbai. We don't bother with a lot of corporate talk. We just tell people what’s available and help them with the paperwork. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. Being right in the middle of Bandra means there is never a dull moment. We just try to keep things organized and help out as best as we can. Every day brings someone new through the door. We stay until the last meeting is over.
