Our shop is number 2 in the Dhawalgiri building over in Andheri East. Most people know the area because of the Sai Krishana Hotel, it’s a good landmark to tell folks when they get lost looking for us. Being in Sher E P, we see a lot of traffic. B D Sabharwal Estate Consultancy has been around this spot for a bit. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly deal with local apartments and some commercial stuff. It’s loud outside sometimes with all the cars and people, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a receptionist, so if you call, you're usually talking to one of us directly. We try to keep things simple. If a place isn't worth the price, we'll probably say so. Buying or renting in Andheri can be a headache, so we just try to help navigate the mess. We spend a lot of time walking between buildings to check on keys. It’s tiring work but keeps us busy. We don’t have a fancy website with drone shots. Just us and some local knowledge. If you're near the hotel, come say hello. We usually have the fan going and some papers on the desk. That’s about it for us. We aren't flashy, we just know the buildings around here well enough to help out.
