Ayyapa Home Consultancy

Ayyapa Home Consultancy is based out of Vijay Tower, which is part of Asha Society in Andheri East. If you live in this part of Mumbai, you know how busy the streets can get. We are on the ground floor, number one, so it is easy to find us without having to wait for the lift. Being in Andheri East means there is always something happening outside our door. We started this consultancy because we lived in the society and realized people always needed help with their home documents and finding tenants. It’s not a huge operation. Mostly it is just me and a cousin who helps out with the site visits. Our office is small and usually smells like the incense we light in the morning. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a table that has seen better days. People stop by all the time just to ask about the current rates in Vijay Tower or the buildings nearby. We don't have a slick website or a sales team. We just talk to people and use what we know about the local area to help them out. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout over the phone, but that is just life in Andheri. We like being part of the society. It feels good to help a neighbor find a decent place to stay without making things too complicated for them.
