Avishiv Properties Private Limited is based out of the Eastern Court building on Sion Trombay Road. We are on the second floor, specifically in room 203. If you’re driving down that road, we are right opposite Vasan Motors. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of traffic and activity right outside our windows. We have a simple setup here. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders full of property details. We focus on the local real estate around the Sion and Trombay areas. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or meeting them at different sites to show them around. Being on the second floor helps drown out some of the road noise, but not all of it. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it’s easy for people to find us once they know where Vasan Motors is. There’s no big marketing team here, just us doing the work that needs to be done. We handle the usual stuff like leases and sales and making sure the paperwork is in order. It can be a bit slow some days, and then really hectic the next. We just take it as it comes. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our interactions honest and direct with everyone who stops by.
