You can find us over at Building Number 1 in Dattani Park. It’s a well-known spot in Kandivali East, so most people don't have much trouble finding the place once they get into the area. Our office is at number 10. It’s not a huge space by any means, but we have enough room for our desks and a small area for people to sit while we talk about their needs. The park area gets quite crowded in the mornings with people rushing to work and kids heading to school. We usually start our day by checking messages and seeing what new places have come up on the local market. Kandivali has changed a lot over the last twenty years with all the new high-rise buildings going up everywhere. We remember when there was much more open space and fewer cars around here. Now it is all concrete and traffic jams. Dealing with property in Mumbai means a lot of running around from one building to another to check keys and show flats to families. We spend a lot of time stuck in traffic like everyone else in the city. Our office walls are covered with local maps and some old calendars that we never bothered to take down. We don't have fancy decorations or modern furniture. We just focus on the work at hand and try to give people the right information. It is just part of our daily life and we get used to the noise outside.
