Our office is Unit No 37 inside the Vijay Building, which is part of the apartments on Bannerghatta Road. We’re right next to Orbit Residency, so it’s easy enough to find us if you’re in that part of Andheri East. It’s a busy building with a lot of different things going on. We handle real estate work, mostly focusing on the residential side of things in this neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We don’t really go in for the polished, corporate look. We prefer to just sit down with people and go over what they’re looking for in a home. The traffic on Bannerghatta Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we spend a lot of time planning our site visits to avoid the worst of it. We’ve gotten to know the different buildings and complexes around here quite well. There are always new people moving into the area, and we help them get settled. We don’t have a big team of sales people. It’s just us, making calls and showing flats. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, and other times it takes months of back and forth. We don’t sugarcoat things for people. If a place has issues, we mention them. It saves everyone a lot of trouble in the long run. We’re just here doing our job in the middle of all the city bustle.
