Asiatic Real Estate

Asiatic Real Estate is located in Bandra West on the Main Road. We are in the Saint Martin Building. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Raheja Architecture College. Bandra is a very popular place and the main road is always buzzing with students and people going to work. Our office is a simple space where we keep our listings and meet with people looking for homes or shops. It’s not a fancy real estate office like the ones you see on TV. We have a few desks, some maps on the wall, and a lot of files. The college across the street means there are always people walking by. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. Rent goes up, buildings get knocked down, and new ones come up. We just try to keep track of it all. People come in to ask about prices or to see if anything new is available in the area. We sit down, have some water, and talk about what they need. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use big words or try to push people into things. We just show them what is available on the market. Being in the Saint Martin Building is convenient for us and for our clients. It’s a well-known spot in Bandra.
