We are located up on Malabar Hill, which is one of the quieter parts of Mumbai compared to the rest of the city. Our office is in Darshan Apartments, specifically A-31 on Mount Pleasant Road. It is a nice area with a lot of trees and a bit more breeze than you get downtown. The office itself is quite plain. We have our computers and a small area where we can sit down with people to discuss property matters. Working in Malabar Hill is different because the pace feels a bit slower, though the property work is still just as detailed. We spend our hours looking over apartment plans and talking to different people about the housing market. It is a lot of quiet work at our desks. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure everything runs correctly. Sometimes we take a walk down the road to clear our heads when the paperwork gets to be too much. The address is 400006, and we have been here for a while now. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a small group of people working out of a residential building. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing up documents that need to be sent out. It is steady work, and we just try to stay focused on the tasks.
