Ashok Property Consultants is situated over in Andheri West. We are on the 3rd floor of a building on Ashram Road, number 22. It is a decent walk up if the power is out and the lift stops, but usually, it is fine. Andheri is a fast place to live and work. We have been here for a while, dealing with the ups and downs of the local property market. Mostly, we help people find offices or somewhere to stay. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to different owners. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep our records and meet people who are interested in moving to this part of town. Ashram Road can get pretty jammed up in the evenings, so we tell people to come early if they can. We know this area pretty well by now. We see people from all over coming here looking for a start. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of notebooks and local knowledge. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. It is just the way it is in property consulting. We try to be honest about the places we show. If a flat has a leaky pipe, we say so. There is no point in hiding things. That is how we have stayed in business this long on the 3rd floor.
