Ashok Gandhi Estate Agent is located at Daddy House on the first floor. This is right on the Vile Parle West Main Road. If you are familiar with the area, we are directly opposite Alpha, which everyone knows. It is always crowded around here. We have been working from this spot for quite some time now. Being on the first floor helps a bit with the street noise, but you can still hear the horns honking all day. We handle a lot of the local flats and shops in Vile Parle. People come in looking for rentals mostly. Sometimes it is families, other times it is college kids. We just sit down and see what is available on our list. It is not a very big office, but it works for us. We have a few desks and some old files. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around to show properties to people. Vile Parle is a tight-knit place, so we know most of the building owners nearby. If you need to find us, just look for the sign near Alpha. It is easy to miss if you are driving too fast. We are usually here from the morning until late evening because that is when people are free to look at houses. It is a lot of walking, but that is the job.
