You can find our office at 13/1 on the Andheri Gheekanta Road, inside the Mhada Complex. We are pretty close to the Oshiwara Police Station, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. We work as property consultants, which basically means we help folks figure out the local real estate scene. It can be a bit of a mess in Andheri, so we try to make things a little clearer for the people who come to us. The Mhada Complex is always busy, and there’s a lot of movement in and out of the units. Our space is modest, just a few desks and chairs where we can go over paperwork and talk to clients. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound like we know everything. We just use the experience we’ve picked up from being in this area for so long. Sometimes we spend hours at the police station or the local municipal office getting things sorted. It’s part of the job. Being near Oshiwara means we see a lot of different people looking for different things. We just try to give them the best information we have at the time. It’s a practical, local business. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to help the next person who walks in find what they need. It is often a long day with lots of running around, but we enjoy the work we do here.
