Ashiana Estate Agent has its office on the 1st floor of the Marisa Building in Bandra West. We are located at 6 Lalbagh Hosur Road, which is right across from the Bandra Gymkhana. It is a great spot because we can see everything going on from our windows. We have been helping people find places to live in Bandra for a long time. The office is usually full of files and keys to different apartments across the suburb. It’s not a corporate real estate firm; it’s more like a place where you can come in, have a seat, and talk about what kind of flat you are looking for. We spend a lot of time walking around the backstreets and talking to landlords. Sometimes we are out all day showing people around, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We know which buildings have good water and which ones have noisy neighbors because we have lived and worked here forever. Being near the Gymkhana means we get a lot of people stopping by after their morning walks. We don't use big billboards or flashy ads. We just talk to people and try to match them with a place that fits their budget. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we enjoy seeing people get settled into a new home. We keep things pretty straightforward and honest about the properties we have listed. You will mostly find someone in the chair by the window.
