Asha Pura Estate Consultant

We set up Asha Pura Estate Consultant in Alpha Park, specifically in room B/706. This is over in the Chirag Nagar area of Ghatkopar West. It is not on the ground floor, so you have to come up into the building to see us. We deal with property and real estate, mostly helping people find a place to live or a small shop to rent. Ghatkopar is a big area and it is always changing, so there is always plenty of paperwork to do. We are not those high-end consultants you see on television with the glass offices and expensive suits. Our office is just a simple room with some desks and a lot of files. People come to us from all over, even as far as Jassian, because they heard we know the local buildings well. We spend a lot of our time walking around showing flats, which can be tiring when the weather is hot. We try to be honest about the places we show, even the parts that are not so great. It is better to tell people the truth than have them unhappy later. We drink a lot of tea and talk to a lot of landlords throughout the day. It is a steady way to earn a living, and being in Alpha Park means we are right in the middle of the neighborhood we work in.
