Arn Realtors Private Limited

Our office is at 2/B, Shalimar Apartments. It’s on the ground floor, which is quite nice because we don't have to deal with any elevators. The address is BM Bhargav Marg, just off SV Road in Santacruz. If you know the area, you know how busy SV Road gets at almost any hour of the day. Arn Realtors Private Limited has been in this apartment space for quite some time now. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character. We use the main room as our workspace. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for the few of us who are here every day. The 400054 area is a mix of old houses and new shops. We get a bit of noise from the street, but it’s mostly just the usual Mumbai sounds of horns and people talking. Our desks are a bit mismatched and we have way too many files stacked up in the corner. That is just how it is when you’ve been in one place for a while. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We like being on the ground floor because we can see the world go by.
