We are over in Kandivali East, right on Akurli Road. The shop is part of the Sai Leela Cooperative Society, and we are very close to the Hanuman Mandir. You can often hear the bells from the temple in the mornings and evenings. It’s a local neighborhood spot. We don’t have a massive showroom. Instead, it’s a small space packed with wires, remotes, and various electronic gadgets that people might need for their homes. There are always a few boxes sitting near the entrance that we haven't found a place for yet. The floor is tiled but has some chips here and there from when heavy stuff was dropped. We have a small TV running in the background usually just for noise. People from the society often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their electronics. It’s a friendly atmosphere, nothing too serious. The glass counters are a bit smudged with fingerprints, and the shelves are crowded with different brands and models. We do our own cleaning every morning before we open. It gets a bit chaotic during the festive seasons because the road gets so crowded with people going to the temple. We just sit on our stools and wait for the next person to walk in. It’s a simple life running a shop like this, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. It is just a small shop for the people nearby.
