We are set up at Plot No. 380 on G.M. Road in Chembur West. It is a good location because we are quite near the Chembur station, so a lot of people pass by our way. Being near the station means we get all sorts of people coming in. Some are looking for a quick rental, while others are looking to buy something more permanent. We have been in Chembur for a while and seen how it has grown over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our records and meet with clients. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at site visits. Chembur West has a mix of old and new buildings, and we try to stay updated on all of them. It's a lot of legwork, but that's the only way to really know what a flat is like. We don't like to just look at photos; we prefer to go there ourselves. We keep things pretty informal here. When someone comes in, we just have a chat about what they need and see if we can help. No big presentations or corporate talk. We are just local people working in the real estate market. It's a busy life, especially with the station nearby, but we enjoy the pace and the variety of people we meet every single day.
