Our place is in the Speghetty Complex over in Sector-15 of Kharghar. We are in Room 15, specifically in Block M2. It is a well-known spot in this part of Navi Mumbai, and it’s where we do most of our drafting and planning work. Kharghar is growing so fast, so there is always something new happening just outside the door. Our office is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because of all the files and drawing boards we have crammed in there, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern art on the walls. It’s just a practical workspace where we sit down and get the drawings done. The staff here are pretty down-to-earth people who just want to make sure the buildings look right and stay within the rules. We deal with a lot of different projects, some big and some small, but they all start right here on these desks. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the printer jams, but we just fix it and keep going. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to happen with the design and then we go ahead and draw it up. It’s a steady rhythm of work. People know where to find us in M2 if they need a plan sorted out. It's just a regular office doing honest work every day and keeping things simple.
