We’ve been at Moti Mahal for a bit now, up on the seventh floor in suite 701. Churchgate is a busy spot, and being on J.Tata Road means we see a lot of the city's movement every single day. We handle property stuff for people. It’s mostly just us keeping things moving and helping folks find what they need around this part of town. Some days are very quiet, while others are just a total mess of paperwork and phone calls. We don't have a big fancy lobby with marble floors or anything, just a regular office where we get the work done. Most people who come by to see us already know the building. It's an older one but it holds up well against the weather. Living and working in this part of Mumbai has its own set of quirks. You deal with the constant traffic and the noise from the street, but you eventually get used to it. We try to keep things as straightforward as possible. If someone asks us about a flat or an office space, we just tell them exactly what we know. There isn’t a whole lot of mystery or hidden talk to it. We just show up, answer the phones, and look through the latest listings. It's a living for us. Sometimes the elevator in Moti Mahal takes a long time, so we've learned to be patient.
