You can find Apple Bakery Machinery Pvt.Ltd. over at Hansraj Damodar Wadi, just off Kennedy Bridge. We are on the first floor, occupying units I-1 to 4 at Plot No. 20. It’s right in the Opera House area, so it’s usually pretty busy outside. Inside, we have a lot of heavy machinery on display. We sell things like ovens, mixers, and other stuff people need to start or run a bakery. The floors are concrete and usually have a bit of dust on them from moving crates around. We aren't a high-end showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a warehouse feel where you can actually see the gear. We’ve been helping local bakers get their shops set up for years. If a machine breaks down, they call us, and we try to figure out how to fix it. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people how the machines work and tell them the price. Most of the time, we’re busy answering questions about voltage or capacity. It’s a noisy place when we’re testing equipment, but that’s just how it is. The staff here knows their way around a wrench. We don’t really bother with social media or fancy marketing. People find us because they need reliable machines for their bread and cakes. It’s a honest trade and we like being part of the local baking scene. We just keep the machines moving and the bakers happy.
