Apnaa Ghar Property

We've been here on M G Road for a while now, right in the 368 Andheri West Wing building. It gets pretty busy around this part of town, especially with people constantly looking for a place to stay or wanting to move out. Most of the time it’s just us answering phones and walking around the neighborhood to check on different rooms. We know the streets here quite well because we spend most of our day outside. Sometimes the traffic makes things slow, but that’s just how it is in Andheri. We handle some paperwork and show people around when they have time after work. It’s not a fancy setup, just a small office where we keep our files and meet folks. People stop by to ask about rents or if anything new has come up on the market lately. We try to keep track of who is moving where. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and landlords to see what's available. If you walk past the wing, you'll probably see us sitting there or heading out to a site. We don't have a big team, so it's usually the same few faces every day. We just do the work that needs doing, getting keys organized and making sure the lights work before someone moves in. It’s steady work and keeps us occupied from morning until the shops close up. Nothing too complicated about it.
