We are located at C-8 on the ground floor. The address is Plot-CS No 1492 in Green Stone Heritage. Being on Ramabai Ambedkar Marg means we are right by Crawford Market. It is one of those places in Mumbai that never really sleeps. There is always someone shouting or a truck unloading something nearby. Aplite Realty Llp is just a small part of this big, messy area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and work. We have been in Fort for a while now. The 400001 pin code is old Mumbai, and you can feel that in the buildings. Our walls are a bit thick and the ceiling is high, which is nice when it gets hot outside. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. It’s pretty noisy outside with all the market activity, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking around here, so most of us just take the train. The ground floor spot is handy because we don’t have to wait for the lift, which is usually broken in these old buildings anyway. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It is a very practical setup for us and it works out fine for everyone involved here.
